Would like to know to see if worth it, I have slightly too wide unideal ratio eyes and was considering something like a uee removal and then OBO so that I can finally become african Jordan Barrett thoughts and anyone else in this forum experience and went through OBO need some insight

Wider set eyes are better imo but I don't want to over-generalize.

if you have wide set eyes, a better option would be getting zygo implants. Giant did a successful custom OBO surgery but i highly advise against it.

Why do you advise against and what esr/ipd would u say is worth it to do this with giant?

getting infra orbital implants + zygo implants will do more than spending 30k+ on obo

0.49 for africans is not death tier bad. Go read the thread on african ratios. Africans have higher esr on average compared to whites. Second of all getting zygos would decrease your esr and increase your fwhr. so if your fwhr is slightly below ideal you’d benefit in both areas. Added to that, zygos just look good on most africans so if you have a good surgeon you’d definitely benefit from it more than OBO. If you have a typical african face getting OBO probably wouldn’t even make a huge difference. Getting your esr reduced by 0.2 to an optimal 0.47 would probably not ascend you to chadlite. You could very well just invest into surgeries/ fat grafts etc. that will genuinely benefit your looks more.

Just read the thread on african ratios, pretty sure your esr is in the norms for africans. Especially since you have high cheekbones you’ll probably be just fine with your esr. i could definitely recommend better surgery if i knew what your other flaws were
