Lol at putting BSSO, Bimax and Lefort under high risk, as well as in the same category as leg lengthening. Contrary to popular belief, these surgeries are literally common lol. Maybe not Lefort 2 or 3, but Lefort 1 is super common, as is BSSO and Bimax. I know 3 or 4 people IRL who have had these things done and they don't know anything about looksmax or blackpill, they just did it because they were told they needed it done.

Well them being BETTER looking aka at least above average contributes heavily to them getting laid. You don’t have to be Chad to get laid, you just have to be tall, above average and NT. Being Chad makes it easier but it’s not necessary.

It's not an implant, it is a paste yes. I'm very happy with the result. I have no idea about 3d or one way, the augmentation was not my idea but the surgeons (I came there originally only for genioplasty).
Nice about bio oss compared to implants is that it increases newly formed bone
