gotta be the mig21 probably cuz its my favourite plane in warthunder

absolute beauty of a jet and probably any japanese plane with their cool liveries

su-34 is also pretty cool, i like it cuz it has a bathroom in it and it looks cute wbu

i feel like its a really underrated jet

for me, my favorite would have to be between the SU57 (I LOVE THE MANUEVERS IT CAN PULL OFF) or the F16 call me basic but they're the two that I like the most tbh

Cobras are awesome tbh, but I find the kvochur bell to be a more interesting and aircraft specific manoeuvre.

While many can perform a cobra (where the angle of attack is 90°) extremely few are able to perform a kvochur bell, even if not practical in fights it really is a good show of the genius russian engineering

Sad that russian planes get outclassed by americans in terms of technology, in a dogfight russian planes would dogwalk american counterparts

As much as I hate to admit this, it is unfortunately true. The stealth that the Russians have so far is not yet up to par with the Americans. As dogfights are becoming obsolete nowadays turn radius of fighter jets no longer matter, even though thrust vectoring is cool as shit, now it is first see first shoot wins. Simply a matter of better missile and radar technology.

Agreed, Russian fighter jets have an extreme advantage while dogfighting due to the fact that some of the Russian planes have thrust vectoring which helps them in one circles and two circles because of a better turn radius allowing them to swing their nose around on said target
