Anyone here become NT for a short period then revert back?

Noticed once a year I have a few hours to a couple day stretch of me suddenly becoming normal, my SA and bitterness toward society goes away, become more social and motivated, negative thoughts don't consume me, etc.

Maybe this is just a baby manic episode idk

Non-NT doesn't mean depression tbh. Even I get mood swings occasionally of being happy and then being crestfallen. In that vein, I've always been Non-NT, I haven't properly interacted with others socially in years.
