We most we do is a shit ton of footwork. I've been doing sports for years, so it's nothing. I can still feel my calf though, it's real cramped up.Bro. The 2 classes a week feels like enough cardio. A few days back we did a 100 push ups a 100 crunches 100 squats and 100 masai jumps

How do I practice grappling at home? Beside weight training, cardio, etc. I meant technique. I have a brother, but he's a pussy and won't bother.I do judo, bjj, and goju ryu karate. What do you want to know? Im happy to help if i can
Depends on what you want, but there are wall drills you can do. This is for judo btw, since ground is harder to train alone, but for example harai goshi I split into components and mainly focus on the step in so your legs are parallel sort of and the big turn raising your leg on the wall. My favourite takedowns are kosotogari, haraigoshi, okuriashiharai, and then i sometimes like osotogari and tai otoshi. It will probably depend on your proportions what will be best but learn your first 2 belts of judo throws and those will help, but most will not be mma viable and instead help timing and stuff. In my mma style sparring I generally find anything where you have a choke on during the best, so if you can take the back by fighting southpaw like I do then a choke grip tani otoshi or sumi gaeshi is good. On the ground I would recommend you just shrimp (ebbi) around a ton until you are comfortable and try moving from one hold to another as though you are on top and they dont move, you can just put a pillow under youHow do I practice grappling at home? Also, what are your favoured takedowns? I've really got to work on my takedowns.
Thank you very much! Judo seems to be really useful particularly for takedowns, I'll look into everything you mentioned.Depends on what you want, but there are wall drills you can do.
