What can I improve on, (been boxing consistently for around 6 months) I only do submission grappling and trying to improve striking

rotate your hips and use more leg drive your just hitting with your arms and upper body, also keep your hands raised between punches

Practice your form dawg. Just hootin and hollering with them hits. Square shoulders. A LOT more foot work. I don’t see your front foot move one bit on your jab. Nor your hips move with your punch. Take it slow. Watch some videos on how to use more leg power. Form is key. Speed will come with time
