anyone here done limb lengthening?

Why would you ever want LL at that height. Objectively, height is not the limiting factor in your SMV/quality of life or whatever metric u wanna use. The surgery will only fuck u up and change LITERALLY NOTHING.
fuck me up? it's not very likely that 2 inches in my femur is gonna cripple me for life lol. people tend to exaggerate the potential risks. i have the access to financial resources and time, it's completely within the realm of possibility because time/recovery won't be an issue.
it'll also do great things for my proportions because i need longer legs for my frame.
Your height is evidently not the problem if you struggle with a dating life, it's likely your face and maybe bc ur autistc/Nd
i'm in a relationship, so no i'm fine. i'm quite indifferent towards my dating life and the social repercussions of being short. the reason behind me wanting to be taller isn't exclusively to enhance my smv or become more socially dominant, i don't really give a shit about that and like you said i'm too nd to connect with most people lol it wouldn't help that much

also since you mentioned my face look at my other threads i have inquiries regarding my facial aesthetics, your advice would be appreciated

Internal Femur LL costs between 50-60k. Expect 2-3 months of lengthening and whatever time of consolidation. so one "session" is 4-6months.

I'd wait multiple years to consider LL -- theres been some pretty amazing breakthroughs recently that have made the recovery process better. Dr.Paley invented a Precise MAX Nail that's full bearing. The surgery will get even better in the next 10 years probably.

As for doing LL at 6'0 its not the worst idea, you can get a safe lengthening of 3 inches and go from 85th percentile to 99th. But its illogical considering the shitty ass recovery period which is why I suggested to wait some years and see if the surgeons come up with something

recommended height gain for me? 6'0 at 16, final height going to be roughly 6'1, feel free to share your thoughts on ideal height and surgical distribution of total lengthening on the tibia/femur.

it's worth mentioning my femur and tibia have the average balanced ratio--1.28:1. i also have negative ape index so i don't wanna take it too far

asking for input
Please Shut the fuck up

yeah that's what these people don't understand lmao they hear 6'0 and assume i'm insane for considering it

that's my exact viewpoint on this shit, i'll go from above average to being undeniably tall in nearly every situation
i'll def wait for technologies to improve because like you said there have been recent breakthroughs that make the surgical process immensely less risky

There's not going to be any more revolutionary methods other than full weight bearing internal rods, which we have now.
You're still going to have to break your legs and lengthen them slowly.
