No. It can't move bone. It only re-aligns teeth

if you only have some crooked teeth its good. i paid 1700€ for a similar service and my teeth are fine now. but don't expect them to fix anything complicated, they won't.

yeah its not particularly bad tbh - but I guess it could be worth improving

How long did it take?

Just under two years. It would depend on how much movement your teeth need though. I wear a retainer every night as well so you have to be willing to commit to that.
