In many third world countries prostitution is totally legal so that lifts most of the problems off of it. In america the criminal element makes it shady and dangerous but in thailand or peru its not like that, its like a regular business transaction. In many ways other than prostitution as well those places are safer than america. I wouldn't worry about it. The sex tourism industy wouldnt fluorish if it was dangerous and people were getting killed
