Seriously doubt you'd experience that, unless you have any underlying mental health conditions. Assuming you use it responsibly, side effects are rather mild. That dude who went "crazy" most likely had Bipolar as pregabalin can trigger manic episodes. Anecdotes aside, generally it's pretty safe, addiction and withdrawals are the only concern tbh.
