Lotta fishes in the ocean but I only catch in the Indian ocean.

Id recommend stuff like carps. Goldfish (comets or commons), kois or grass carps. They dont have teeth and they get to a decent size that you can feed them large objects.

Catfish also can work cuz they dont have teeth but they are predators so their mouths are powerful enough to damage you unlike carps which r generally more peaceful

If u ever do, dont listen to the pet store’s advice. they dont know shit and most likely just wanna sell you stuff. Id recommend just googling the fish u wanna keep and see what they need. You dont have to follow the advice to a T, just make sure you can provide something close to whats recommended so the fish can thrive
