He has a recessed jaw to the point he has to jut forward a lot to even get to the point that his teeth are touching so probably quite a lot of advancement. He has braces rn but he told me hes not wearing them so he gets free bimax . They aren't setting his maxilla forward though so only mandible advancements. If the braces haven't done anything by the end of this year he's getting it then.

Sliding or alloplastic? Going beyond a cm can look a bit retarded which is a problem. This isn’t applicable to everyone of course.
