how tf do u study, focus, not zone out without meds please do reply to this if you do i wnns know ur experience with innatentive ADHD bc im certain i have it tick every single symptom and im waiting months for my diagnosis bc im on the waiting list, im legit failing school i cannot study and its kinda making ne depressed bc i have no motivation or enjoyment in most shit

I'm diagnosed adhd and without meds your kinda fucked ngl. Best alternative is too drink redbull and just force yourself to do it

Hear that but my case is ok i load up my laptop but then i daydream then think ill take 10 min break then im like i just cant be arsed nd shuts my laptop and honestly how “life changing “ are these meds do u really lock in like people say you do

I wouldn't say life changing but they definitely help a lot with motivation and clearing my head

No it doesn't you might get the 'rebound' effect where you will feel like absolute shit after coming off your meds for a couple of hours but it will subside as you get used to the meds

Yes the first option is always a stimulant. For me they put me on ritalin first since that's the starter drug to see how I would react to it. I reacted well to it so they put me on concerta which is basically the same shit as ritalin but longer lasting
