just from research, personally i would just leave the paranasal area alone. There is no reasonable surgery for it.

That's kinda sad. It does seem like a surgery with a lot of potential. Perfect after a bimax to deal with midface recession and chimp lip.

But I would tends to concur with you. After weeks of research, I can't help but be wary.
There are so very few surgeon offering it world-wide. And none with clearly positive reviews.

It seems a bit more widespread in Korea.. but then again, a lot of bad reviews regarding the clinics that offers it.
Maybe Yaremchuk and Eppley are the go-to person for this (but then again, not a fan at all of their mixed reviews).

I don‘t get it. Is your mid-face still recessed after bimax or are you trying to fix dark circles under your eyes?

Reduce nasolabial folds. Thats it

just get fillers, they'll bloat you up a little but they are great for the midface as there aren't many muscles
