Anyone here had a second Sliding Genioplasty?

Hey,

i was wondering if anyone here has experience with a second sliding genioplasty? I had a SG a year ago and am considering another SG as I still need some horizontal and vertical projection for an optimal profile.

If yes: are there any disadvantages? Are the risks higher?

I don’t think there’s risk. Sometimes if the movement needed is large enough (too big for one go), I know Eppley purposefully plans two surgeries.
