I did Ligamentotomy, I don't know about fillers, but Ligamentotomy is a really good way out. The only disadvantages are that the penis is much thinner at the bottom and the potency is a little worse.

The thing is, the dick is the same thickness, only the part that was hidden inside is thinner than the main part. I spent only 1000 dollars on all this.
