Anyone here on Tretinoin from Dermatica?

I just received my tretinoin/niacinamide/azelaic acid prescription from them recently somehow even though i dont suffer from acne and i was just wondering if the tretinoin in the tube is the same as normal pure tretinoin or is it diuted with all these other chemicals i just listed

I ask this because it is 0.5% and doesnt seem to affect me much at all and i expected my skin to be very dry and to purge badly but i have gotten like one tiny spot cant even call it a pimple barely noticeable and one or two small dry flaky spots which are also barely noticeable and all this while i only moisturized once.

I dont know if its too early to say but i have only been using it for four days on a one off one on basis since last week

Do i need to up it to 0.1 or is this just normal procedure?
