Anyone here paranoid or schizofrenic?

i LITERALLY hear voices saying stuff like im dumb or something for last few years usually my mind makes me think they come from behind window or that my neighbours talk chit or someone behind wall does.


now, i am sure 90% of these voices are fake but i hear em anyway and its ruining my mood


anyone here was in such situation?

I hear voices when I don't get enough sleep but thats pretty much it for the most part. I talk to myself in my head but a lot of people do that.
