Narrow and big lips are my main failo. I will get lip reduction soon, but how can i stretch them wider??
Is the whole mouth widening device stuff just bullshit cope like mewing or boneshmashing? If not, how should i start?
Also is how should it be possible to widen mouth if my palate is narrow?

palate expansion with SARPE didn't widen my mouth but my maxilla is still recessed to there is no bone pressing against the soft tissue around my mouth. I am hoping with a lefort the soft tissue will be pushed forward leading to my mouth stretching slightly

Mouth widening device works but i will have corridors, i have a wide palate and still have slight corridors due to the widening. Issue is u have to mouth widen everyday. No other way really.

If you stretch the soft tissue via mouth widening (with fingers or appliance) then get bimax is it gonna make your mouth TOO wide or will it not stretch it anymore, since you already stretched it with an appliance or your fingers? You get what I'm saying.

Thick lips give an illusion of shorter chin, overly small philtrum (imo ethnic trait where you end up with very skinny ethnicesque moustache).

Also thick and narrow gives a illusion of gay fish lips

im 26, I had enormous facial changes. My zygos popped a lot and I got like 5mms forward as well. Like a massive facelift.

I wore it for 12 hours a day sometimes more. I did expand asymmetrically but still look better overall. My bite is fucked from the expansion and so my bottom jaw is in a very unnatural position right now and I am not sure where it will end up.

thanks a lot. I also meant, how many months did the treatment last? In the only study that I know on facepulling on humans, it lasted 18 months and the person only gained 2mm but no palatal expander was used. also 0.5kg force.

No, dont fall for the bone memes. I expanded 12 MMs and looked fucking retarded, back turned to about 6 and found better harmony but still lost something despite having Massive zygos and god tier Ogee curve

Before you do anything for widening the mouth be sure to measure it. Ideaaly with a software. I used magnum works(it's a rating service, similar to wheat waffles and qoves). In my case i was right, i had a small mouth but yours may not be the case. To widen it using an appliance(like that guy on quora did) you need a lifetime commitment to it. Before comitting for a lifetime to such a thing better make sure this is indeed your main failo.

Something worth mentioning is that a small mouth looks even worse if you are high bodyfat. I've seen some before after pics of people who leanmaxxed and they looked grotesque when fat but decent when lean.

This forum is full of people who think they have one failo when in fact they have another(i was one of them).
