With a palate like that you have little to lose from perfoming SARPE. MSE is the proceedure with may cause aysmmtery. Anyway your skull halves are brothers not twins. Nobodies face is perfectly symmetrical.

sarpe is trash, if you are 21 or younger mse is good, otherwise you need dome or ease. Also maybe mse if 22 or 23 and short guy
