How accurate is the apple watch tracking? I am trying to eat 100-200 cals above my daily demand.

imo step counters , caloric trackers are just some consumerist bullshit .

Especially step counters , they are inaccurate as hell.

I lol at older people carrying them , just get up and do actual exercises ...

I am doing exercices already. Im skinny and want to gain weight, the apple watch step tracker should help me find my daily calorie demand.

don't get obsessed with calories. Most of calories we consume are actually used to keep us alive. The amount of calories you use to walk is not relevant.
You need to walk for hours to burn a single slice of cake

I see a difference of 300-500 calories when i walk 3000 vs 10k steps.

yes send all your biometric data to the nsa goy so you dont have to *squints* read nutrition labels

you should be able to intuitively track calories after like a week of counting if your diet is good
