Anyone here tried St. John’s Wort?

What was your experience with St. John’s Wort? I heard it can cure some PFS patients at 900mg 3x a day. Thinking about getting on it

If does a lot of stuff actually and some post Finasteride syndrome patients have recovered with it which is why I’m interested.

Doesn't it also act as an agonist? I've heard about people using it to heal from ashwagandha induced anhedonia.

My father drinks St. John's Wort tea, he has taken that stuff for at least 20 years.

Not sure, idk how that would work though since Ashwa increases 5-HT2 receptor signalling.

Interesting that ashwagandha can induce anhedonia. Not that I think it gave me that, but the fact that it can makes me wish I didn’t throw the kitchen sink at myself when it comes to supplements last year.
