Yes esp the first use but ny teeth hurt like shit after. I did them before bed and woke up with some tooth ache. Ive heard you can use remineralizing paste or sensodyne mouthwash against the pain

I felt no pain after waking up and even when i ate or drank. But i avoided very hot or cold foods/drinks

Yes results are very worth it i got complimented on my smile by girls

Like i said 3 times nigga i did it vefore bed and when i woke up i had either 0 pain or super minimal discomfort that went away after 30min
