I use cerave products however I recently came to the realisation that they could just have a really good marketing team. I still use them since I haven't had problems, but some people say it's not good at cleansing

I do. It's a great line tbh, I finished the cream last week and it has made significant improvement on my keratosis pilaris and the smoothing cleanser mogs but for body only as it dries the face way too much

I like cetaphil products better tbh. Used cerave for a year before switching.
