So it’s a waste of money, brutalYes im using a high quality one from a factory that i found on alibaba. 200 dollars RED and NIR redlight lamp. Cant see any difference. Using it since 6 months.
Seems like red light therapy is a bit of a sham then, shame because I was thinking about it. Off my list. Is there a chance that it's because bought it off of bootleg Chinese suppliers??Yes im using a high quality one from a factory that i found on alibaba. 200 dollars RED and NIR redlight lamp. Yes that is probably why. LED light therapy completely cured my acne. I changed nothing in my routine other than adding in the light. My skin was already slowly healing from diet changes and squalane oil but the LED sped things up and cleared up all the acne I had left.Seems like red light therapy is a bit of a sham then, shame because I was thinking about it. How often do you dermaroll? I'm trying to do 0.75mm twice a week- enough to stimulate collagen (I think) while still being a short enough needle size to allow quick recovery.I used various red light products for 10 months with no significant changes.
About 2 years ago I started using a derma roller.
I started with a 0.25 mm size then slowly increased the size about every 3 to 6 months or so. I'm currently finishing up with the 1.5mm on my face.
Results:
1.) Skin smooth like a damn baby again.
2.) no more acne scars on my temples
3.) Pores on nose are virtually gone
4.) More girls seem to be looking at me when I go out.
5.) Sweaty or oily skin: That's no longer an issue
6.) Confidence levels through the roof. In my teens I had and early adult years I was really insecure with my face as I had terrible acne. I have attractive facial features and women still somehow still were down to fuck but it really messed with me as I demanded perfection. I went through this phase until about 30 years of age and stopped giving a fuck. However, even though I got over those insecurities it's still a significant boost to my confidnce knowing those things that used to be a huge issue are now a major positive.
For those of you who are attractive but have terrible or mediocre skin this is literally the best and most affordable product on the market for your skin for the short and long term.
I'm currently starting to do this for my hair as I dial back the size and frequency of the face derma rolling since I hit my overall appearance goals and will just be doing maintenance once a month. Now I will amp up the hair treatments. My hair is fine but this is a combination of preventative maintenance and to see if and how much of an improvement I can achieve. My facial hair improved dramatically so I believe this will help my head hair growth and thickness as well. I have one that works automatically and doesn't roll it pumps up and down. These are more expensive.
I must admit I've been adding a new thing to my routine every six months as well (different teas, binaural beats, etc). Just for an added bonus.
Bs. You think those lamps aren’t exactly the same as the high quality ones???Its legit but you need to buy a good one. You will need spend over $1000 for a good one.
Celluma Pro and Lighstim are some of the best
$1700 for the Celluma Pro
$2500 for the Lighstim Elipsa

This honestly. A light is a light. Doesn't matter how expensiveBs. You think those lamps aren’t exactly the same as the high quality ones???
EVERYTHING is from China nowadays
It all depends on the size and how many times you roll per session. How often do you dermaroll? I'm trying to do 0.75mm twice a week- enough to stimulate collagen (I think) while still being a short enough needle size to allow quick recovery.
ngl I'm not sure dermarolling is such a good idea since I've read this articleIt all depends on the size and how many times you roll per session.
1.) 0.25 mm: Every 3 days
2.) 0.5 mm: Every Week
3.) 0.75 mm Ever 1.5 weeks
4.) 1.0 mm Every 2 weeks
5.) 1.5 mm Every 3 weeks
For the most part I do around 10-12 roles in 3 different directions for my entire face. There's no reason to go over 1.5 mm for your face. Some say to never go over 1.0 mm unless done by a professional but I've had no issues.
I also add a manuka honey facemask to assist in healing and collagen prouduction after a session then drink white tea which is known to stimulate collagen production more than any other natural substance that can be consumed. I also use collagen production frequencies on youtube (Spooky2).
I've already read articles and studies on this before. The goal is to get the desired results and short term maintainence with the lowes level then I'm done. Now if I did this every day for 10 years would I see negative effects? Most likely but a year or 2 once a week to 2 weeks to obtain the results I've looked for hasn't shown any concernable signs of aging in fact it's been the opposite. Now have I shrunk my telomeres or the max number of cellular restoration or division in the process? Perhaps but I use probably the best anti aging methods I know to combat this (sexual Transmutation, plant based diet, meditiation, organic oils as moisturizers, qigong, intermittent fasting, lean body fat percentage, and many various teas that assist with longevity).ngl I'm not sure dermarolling is such a good idea since I've read this article
But I don't like the fact that she's trying to sell you shit at the end![]()
How Dermarolling Causes Collagen Breakdown, Premature Aging, and Possi
If I had a dollar for every time I was asked whether or not dermarolling/micro-needling was beneficial to skin, I would have enough money to buy that Hitachi transmission electron microscope I have had my eye on. If you’re in a hurry, the answer is: no. Dermarolling is dangerous and has no skin...www.oumere.com
I would still take a look at the article if I were you

Got a source for that claim?Incandescent light bulb is better and safer as you get the full light spectrum. Red light alone from LEDs can cause cancer.
