I want to start topical finasteride to lower chances of nocebo, what has been your experience?

Why don't you start with oral first to see if you even get sides? Much cheaper and convenient. Maybe you will respond well to it like the vast majority of users.

Not a very good mindset man; you are framing it as if it will affect your erections, which will probably increase your chances of nocebo.

Lastly, topical goes systematic anyways, so they will both reduce your DHT by ~70% and result in the exact same outcomes PHYSIOLOGICALLY. So I'm unsure why you, or anyone, would even going the topical route.

Try orally 1 mg maybe once every 2-3 days. If you get sides go for topical dutasteride, it is probably better than topical finasteride which go systemic easily.

Yes, unfortunately from oral finasteride and dutasteride, so i'm trying topical dutasteride right now but I'm only 1 month in so It's hard to tell if its working. What is your norwood scale? you have hairloss or only want to maintain?

Im roughly NW2 with minimal thinning in vertex area. What has been your experience with topical dut?
I want to regrow hair and thicken everything up. I’m already using minoxidil + ketoconazole

how are you applying topical dutasteride? Once a week?
