Anyone here who has been longer on this site than me?

How much of a difference do you think it has made? To think I could have had less upper eyelid exposure is awful.
Idk if it really had any soft tissue effects on me but I fear it might have fucked with my orbital bone development, jfl at cucking myself from having compact orbitals. I can't say anything about your experience though.

I thought I was the only one. I wasn’t even aware of looksmaxxing but I thought larger eyes were better. How wrong I was.

Damn so this forum is like your guys go to place

Honesty what I see in the Jomon vs Yoyoi comparisons is just “The more Eurocentric, the better.” I disagree with that kind of mentality.
I agree with this looking in retrospect. I, Michelangelo, tried sculpting a David using the wrong materials. I was phenopilled, but in the "wrong way," so to speak. I should've accepted what I had and looksmaxxed myself in a way that would allow my natural features to shine and thrive, rather than doing so in a harmful and forced way. This sort of principle can also be applied to stuff like diet and epigenetics, where you'd develop most ideally eating and doing what your ancestors ate and did rather than what everyone else does in your current location (if you're a diasporum, that is).

It’s crazy to hear you were able to create double eyelids permanently based on some exercises.
Yeah, it's pretty crazy. No tapes, no glue, none of that stuff. All "natural." I don't know if most people could even achieve this is they tried.

Personality is sort of overlooked here. People say you just need to be chad and personality doesn’t matter and they are generally right unless we are talking about subchads. Then whether you’re a jerk or not does come into play. People are too extreme here and it’s either one or the other, never a balance of the two.
I agree with this. Nuance it something this forum lacks (or at least disguises with so much shitposting that it becomes desensitized). Violetpill (combination of black, red, blue, and white pills), as coined by Lars, reigns supreme.

Did you think it was a good idea to join this forum? I have been on Lookism since 2017, then incels and now here. I actually stumbled upon PUAhate twice in the early 2010s, but I never lurked nor registered. It was either 2011 or 2012. Which checks out with the timeline. PUAhate shut down in 2014 after Elliot Rodger went on a killing spree. Then came Sluthate but I never bothered to register. In 2017 I came across r/incels after posting on r/horror often and some dude was being made fun of for posting on r/incels, I was curious why that was a bad thing and that’s how I entered the incelosphere. From there on I joined Lookism in October 2017 and then November 2017 incels was created and I started posting there and barely on Lookism. Then in August 2018 this forum was created but I was studying law back then so I was not as active on the forum, so I ended up joining in October 2018 since I didn’t even know this forum existed until that day.
Well, "good" is a very tricky term in this scenario. While I half-ascended thanks to the knowledge on here, I don't think my autism and sanity has headed for the better jfl. I have released a lot of dopamine and serotonin through all the shitposts I've encountered here though. Other forums are dry asf humor-wise tbh.

Cheese and rice, you also had a meandering, winding path in your blackpill journey. Why did you post on r/horror? Were you a gore enthusiast (shocker poggers alert)? I won't bully you too hard for that though, I feel like most of us lurked on some very niche and very questionable shit on the internet before finding this site. That's why .org is so non-NT, erudite, and unhinged.

I’m gonna have to get on my PC to respond to this. I will finish my cup of cola and then be on my way.

You know what they say, my dear Korean brother: hindsight is 20/20 and it truly is. We learn and we grow, that's how it goes. In a way, you never stop learning and thus you never stop growing. Growing up in an environment where you are the minority, well, that's bound to have some influences on you whether negatively or positively, but mostly negatively, of course. Luckily, the dishes I ate at home were cultural dishes. I would not eat "white people food" or any of the sort.

Well said, there has to be a nuance. Things are never black and white; there's always exceptions and even in the Qur'an it states you have to be walking in-between; don't give away too much so that you become poor yourself and nor give away too little so that you are greedy (this is in regards of alms tax).

Well, isn't autism a life-long thing? I gotta say, people tend to lose their sanity in places like this. I agree with you that other forums are incredibly dry in terms of humor. I actually know another forum that you may or may not like. It's not as active here but it's fun there as well. I can PM you the link if you're interested. As to why I posted on r/horror, don't worry, it's actually quite vanilla. I was never a gore enthusiast. I just watched slashers but eventually I got bored of those and moved on to found footage horror. Gore horror was always something I disliked. I hated movies like Hostel. After found footage horror it became ghost horror but unfortunately American movies are full of jump "scares." They aren't scary, just annoying. So I began watching Asian horror movies because I was promised they were atmospheric and there was a lack of jump "scares." They were right, in a way. Thai horror movies are a jump scare galore as well, so I am not a fan of those. Chinese horror movies are pretty much like Thai horror movies as well, whether Mandarin or Cantonese. Korean horror movies are in-between jump "scares" and atmosphere whereas Japanese horror movies are loaded with atmosphere. They make the kind of movies that stay with you long after the credits have rolled by. They're not scary but they're creepy. And a horror movie that can creep me out is actually an achievement. But gore? For the sake of it? No, I hate those. I have watched a few but they are not my type. There's also bleak horror movies which I wouldn't recommend unless you feel daring such as The Human Centipede or I Spit on Your Grave or A Serbian Film. I'm not really a fan of those either, but I can stomach them at least. A Serbian Film is the worst out of all of them, hence why I decided to watch it.

Have you ever read Dr. Weston Price's book on Nutrition and Physical Degeneration? That stuff's eye opening. Epigenetic factors such as diet and way of life can have a drastic impact on your "tribal pattern" (i.e., your pheno as your ancestors would have had it). Given that we all live a modern lifestyle, our tribal patterns have more or less been damaged or lost. This is especially the case for Asians (East and South) and Levantines, who've subsisted on farmed foods for thousands of years. And of course, the white man's food is even more detrimental.

Perhaps you can make money off of this.
I'd be damned if I could.

Yeah, life is just too flexible and volatile to always adopt a firm stance on everything you come across. The problem is that it's just so hard to be nuanced. Certainty is comforting.

Oh, that makes a lot of sense now. I don't really watch a lot of horror movies, nor have I watched many (I do watch crime movies though), but I can see aesthetically why horror movies are so appealing to many. I also hate gore, I don't get why people post it on here all the time. Most of the time it's just saddening to see. These people (usually) didn't deserve to die in such cruel ways, and yet they still do, and even worse, people have the audacity to film it and disseminate it to the whole world to watch. And while I haven't watch films like The Human Centipede, I'm sure it'd be a shitfest (literally, jfl).

I don't even know who Weston is, let alone read any of his work haha. I agree that diet can impact one's life for better or for worse. But you raise points here that I have seen others raise as well. Does it mean they were inspired by Weston?
I'd be damned if I could.
I heard a little birdie telling me I get a 5% commission for giving you this idea.

Certainly! See what I did there? I often find myself changing my opinion over the course of months and years.
Yay!

The OGs are from the early 2000s, JFL. Don't worry, even I am not an OG and I joined in 2010. :feelskek: I will send you the link soon.

Yeah real-life gore is fucked up, it's sad. Can't understand the people who watch it. I was exposed to it at the tender age of 9. I just realized I once saw a video of a man cycling and he suddenly fell and a bus ran him over and he was splattered at once. It's fucked up but I started laughing; not at him dying but the fucking suddenness of it all. You know? And yeah, don't watch The Human Centipede or any of the other movies I mentioned, JFL. Thank me later.
