Tbh most people only need softmaxxing to get to a comfortable looks (hmtn / htn ) unless they have brutal falios which require surgical /orthodontic procedures. A few forum members have for sure had surgeries. I can’t really think of any specifically but they’re there if u look for it .

Dht blocker (dutest / fin) + Hair growth ( ru558 , minox )
Ghkcu (pbs water)
Mt2 for coloring
Possible hair / eyebrow dying

My puberty was volatile and unstable, especially after taking HGH. It left me with bad gynecomastia. My first hardmaxx was gynecomastia surgery, I saved up $7,000 and took the plunge four years ago

I then wanted some jaw enhancement, so I cut down to my lowest possible weight (145lbs at my lowest) to see if I had good jaw development that was just covered in fat. I didn't, so I now had permission to get jaw filler. I took 3ml juvrederm at first which left me with a very sharp jawline. I added bulk through 2ml of Radiesse which has better stopping power and thats when I started getting hit on and complimented

I also used MT2 which worked for me very well.
