i saw a video it said eventhough 3inch is promised it only adds 1.75inch
sneaker unless it is male heel boots unlikely to add over an inch

It skews your proportions badly

1-2cm max if you’re in shorts
2-3cm if you’re in trousers
3-5cm max if you’re in oversized trousers, high tops and in a dark setting like a club
