I think I have ADHD, because ever since school I have had real issues with concentrating and it has basically fucked me up academically. On top of that if I get stuck on something minor just for like a few minutes I will literally just rage and turn angry super quickly, really shitty ngl. I am going to try and get prescribed like Ritalin or Concerta or something like that adderall isn't a thing in my country so it isn't an option. I was basically just curious if anyone has taken these types of medications and could just tell me if it helped, what it feels like when taking them, and if there are any fucked up side effects like hairloss or ED
