Anyone here with occipital neuralgia?

Been having extreme neck pain over the last 2 days. Woke up a few minutes ago at 1.30am because my neck hurt so bad, took 1 gram of paracetamol.

I've always had problems with my neck but it's never been these severe and painful, it hurts right between the occiput/muscle joint region
