anyone here with Peyronies (curved erection?)

recently rolled over on my monster cock while sleeping and woke up to pretty bad pain and a dull ache that lasted like 2 days but now have 2 or 1 very small spots under the skin that i can feel if i scrape with my nail which im not sure were there before, i looked up Peyronies and freaked out as i could be in the acute phase but since its somewhat common have any of y'all had a similar experience and/or suffer from Peyronies and if yes can you feel any scar tissue on your shaft etc.

the shit freaked me out as i already got enough stuff to worry about so getting all the oral remedies hoping that it will stop anything from progressing if i do indeed have early-stage Peyronies but from my research, the disease seems like it is not an easy one to treat and would rather not fuck up my dick

The thing is that the injury occured under a week ago so i dont believe i should have any real scar tissue yet and i could be feeling a blood clot so there is nothing to inject yet, if it does progress and grow in a few more months i will look into it, my erections have sorta went to shit as well feel like i can only get 80% and my flaccid size is a lot smaller.
At the moment my protocol is vitamin E 2x 671mg, cialis 2.5mg daily, coq10 300mg daily, l arginine 1000mg daily and ordering 400mg trental, plus zinc, multivitamin etc
