They told me to do the following

Wear multiple pairs of sunglasses so you don't go blind and to make a pi hole projector to not look for too long.

I made the contraption and sent it to them but I'm not actually using it

Btw, there is a chance you are not fine (not saying its 100%)
Retina has no pain receptors so you wont feel anything AND vision problems usually come 1-3 days after the eclipse.
Or maybe you are fine, remember me in 3 days
