Anyone in the UK used needle exchange?

Thinking about using it apparently free needles, alcohol wipes, sterile water,etc. anyone used it? Reckon I can cover my face and do it or nah?

Basically it is I bring my needles in and they give me new ones and they can give other things to just not what you inject it's meant to stop the spread of hiv and hepatitis but I might use it to get those things so I dont have to buy them online cause I'm a broke student
