there's multiple things wrong with my ears, i will need more than just a basic otoplasty

need to rotate the angle, reposition on head, outer rim augmentation etc..

if your ears are not prominent, you may easily cover them with longer hair.

I think there are no ear specialist surgeons because otoplasty is usually a routine surgery that most surgeons can perform.
