no, if you want to stop hairloss blocking DHT is Prob impossible and really bad.

instead try other methods

Do you know by how much will they stop it and how much it goes systemic?

it depends on you individually. ru trials show it doesnt go systemic. its stronger than fin but winlevi is pretty weak and idk about absoprtion of it
