I am interested in orthognathic (Trimax/triple jaw) surgery to improve both function and facial aesthetics. My concerns are maxillary retrusion, a recessed chin, and bite alignment. I also plan to have rhinoplasty after or combined with the jaw surgery.
I will need coordination with orthodontics (braces/Invisalign) and possibly wisdom teeth removal before surgery. My goal is to begin orthodontic preparation soon and schedule the surgery around July 2026.Could you please let me know If your clinic performs Trimax / double + genioplasty jaw surgery Whether you can coordinate orthodontic treatment before surgery.
