anyone know how i can translate a japanese game to english with subtitles?

is there any program that lets you do that? anyone know lol? theres no English version for this game only Japanese with the Japanese subtitles, im tying to translate the Japanese subtitles to English, is this possible?

Translating it would be tricky af, but not impossible, the problem is that DVD format subtitles are bitmap based, meaning the subtitles are little images and not text, so they would need to be extracted and converted in to text by some specialized program and than that text can be used for google translate or whatever... After that the translated text would need to be converted back to bitmap and embedded in to DVD files. And that's all assuming the timestamps and relevant metadata can survive the whole process.

I could do that for you tho if you pay me.

I've found now a (possibly) full pirated version off some chenese site and there seems to be a chenese translation patch, so il see if i can rework the patch in to english, so u can prolly save that 150$, il get back to you in about an hour when it's all downloaded.

I've got a paypal(pm me), well most of game files seem to be packed in Xbox 360 format which there are tools tat can open those and video files seem to be in ngs format which plays if you rename it to mp4, il have to look for some more tools there's prolly some already made for modding visual novels, so it is possible.
