First thing anyone on this platform should do is to hit the gym. It doesnt matter if you're ethnic or not. Go to the gym. Lift weights and do cardio. Eat well and sleep well.

Are you fat asf? Go on a calorie deficit and hop on GLP-1 agonists like Ozempic or mounjaro or reta.

Now, identify ur problems. I'll list some things:

Bad skin?
There are tons of skincare guides here. Some suggestions: get on Accutane, use moisturiser and sunscreen.

Hair concerns?
The Norwood Reaper comes for all sooner or later. Get on either fin or dut. Get minoxidil as well. Try to find yourself a good haircut as well. There's a ton of tutorials and inspirations on the internet. Go find one you like.


Teeth whitening is something I would say everyone should do. It's literally such a looksmax. Also, make sure u clean ur tongue. Use a tongue scraper for that.

Honestly speaking, there are a lot of things and everyone's looksmaxxing journey is different. Find and research what u want to improve and then do it. Accept what you are and try to do the best u can.
