anyone know how to actually enjoy being out in public socializing?

I dont think im autistic but i genuinely find it hard and draining to be around people no matter who they are, only time its bearable is when its a girl im trying to sleep with. Did anyone else struggle with this and how did you fix it?

i got kicked out of school and definitely experienced this you have to force yourself to go out side and if your inside you cant rot you got to do something productive.

as previously mentioned i struggled with the same thing and this is what i did.
