Anyone know how to do a DIY orbital decompression?

I have been tryna save up and an orbital decompression is simply too expensive. I would rather do it myself and i could prob ask one of my friends for guidance. Plus i trust myself more than a doctor, i mean have you seen what they did to Frank Tufano? They botched him which im tryna avoid
