anyone know how to fix this

Pretty much my whole life i have had redness around the base of my nostrils but since starting Accutane it has got rly bad anyone know a fix?

prbly need laser or go to a dermatologist if u can that would be your best bet.

do you scratch often ? maybe thats it , if not go to a dermatologist it would be the best thing you can do abt it

Ive had this and got hydrocortisone and it went away
