anyone know how to get isotretinoin/accutane without a prescription

i made an appointment with my doctor 3 months ago and yesterday i finally got in which is fucking ridiculous that it took that long but wtv, i wanted to ask him about accutane/isotretinoin and he immediately shut me down when i mentioned it and told me that my case isnt severe enough and the drug is too strong for my age (im 16).

so i didnt get a prescription obviously and waited all that time for nothing, how do i get this drug or an equivalent without gay ass doctors.
