Anyone know how to grow my brachialis

Bro people look at me so weird when I do Keenan flaps:lul:
bro I get weird looks doing JM PRESS literally like the most common science based exercise I think it just makes people think I have a weak af bench press
 
Yes. BUT just get both
bro istg my arms only get more defined i have short bicep but it doesnt really peak and my triceps horse shoe but like as if they are scrunched up. i have gotten strong on all my lifts before was on the tnf shit since late 2023 doing it all right only chest delts and back responded well to training then, i changed gym focus to stregnth indicators i have much less muscle now but im far broader (clavicles grew) and i get asked if i lift far more now than before when i was nearly maxxed out in muscle i was looking like a pitbull build ngl there were diminishing returns so i stopped hitting all body parts

Doesnt mean jack shit, Just cause you have good genetics in another muscle group doesnt mean you cant have shit arm genetics
obviously like I said biceps r my worst genes but the fact I feel my brachialis in any pulling exercise I do means its probably js under developed

they get activated when doing cable flys for upper chest as well cuffed

Stopped hitting all body parts? wym. Also growth still happens it's just so slow if you're natty:feelscry:

So do the 3 different workouts bhai:Comfy: but keep it to 1-2 sets each just be super super intense

why do you do incline and preacher, change the incline out for hammer curls

Just do 2 sets of preachers and 2 sets of a pronated TOP HALF OF ROM ONLY. The brachialis is very difficult to isolate and does not have leverage in the bottom half. This+ULR your biceps will grow.
