LMAO, coding the tele bot itself shouldn't be THAT hard if you have some knowledge, then you add some nice modules and that's it, the problem is getting access to services like Telnyx, Twilio, etc... to use their calling APIs and getting new accounts when they eventually take them down for fraudulent activity (which last time I checked happened quite frequently).
You are definitely gonna need money to get the accounts made, add credits to the bot in order to be able to make calls and to pay someone to code the bot for you if you can't figure it out yourself.

yeah i know how to make the telegram bot just a problem with getting a reliable calling api and then paying someone to build that
