Nasal works but way less effective, much more waste since it's not as bioavailable and more side effects. Just pin it subq in the stomach area the needle is so tiny you don't feel a thing

bc they are fucking retarded ig. new users just hear something and repeat it like parrots. they dont try shit for themselves. sure, nasal is less bioavailable than subQ, but to say it doesnt work is just asinine. has worked great for me. take double the dose as you would use if u were pinning to make up for the less bioavaibility. i do three sprays of 100 mcg which really means about 150 mcg daily
