Ordinary Lash Serum is pretty popular and is recommended due to the few negatives (Main issue being time required for progress)

If you want a better/faster method you should do topical minoxidil, (5% for the best results), apply it a Q-tip and slowly apply to lashes. For best results do it twice daily, morning and night.

But one of the best methods is to use Latisse (Bimatoprost), which will give you crazy results in a short time.
Any risk for orbital fat loss can be prevented simply by applying thin tape to your lower eyelids.

Don't know a good link because I'm not sure where your based(local is better).
