Is there any softmaxes or "exercises" I can do to help my TMJ?
Cause every time i see something on it, it's just mixed answers.

Or do I just go see my ortho?:feelswah:

only thing to do in an orthodontist's office is kill the faggot

TMJ is caused at root by your teeth being fucked up, I have the same situation, do try with orthos TMJ gives you can excuse to go hard at them for proper treatment without mentioning the bp and getting called schizo.

You can always kill yourself, or you can massage it with your hands (which is what I do) to relieve pain, If your doing it right it'll feel ever so slightly ticklish, you wanna do it on the sides and on the back

Not sure if i got some sort of TMJ or what tbh, when i first got this issue wit my jaw, it was hard for me to unhinge my left jaw, and it would click.

Jus looking for confirmation

I have unilateral TMJD as well (what I think you have), my right jaw clicks when I open it completely.
I think it's due to a crossbite.
I have naturally straight teeth and my wisdom teeth aren't impacted (AFAIK) but I think my bite is slightly uneven.
I'll probably book an appt in next few days and report back.

My back teeth dont touch, I permajut so it doesent look like I have a brutal overbite, probably the cause of my TMJ

Yeah I also have straight teeth, and I'm not sure about my wisdom teeth tbh, as they aren't fully grown yet, or come out, or whatever, right.

But my bottom right tooth is showing kinda and the rest aren't, non of my wisdom teeth have bothered me, the only time I've been in pain from them is when they are coming out, so i was just wondering what do to with them.

Do i need to get them removed? and should I? cause again, they don't bother me at all.

i have same issue.do your jaw shifts other way?

Purposefully contracting the pterygoid muscles to jut continously is not good, and nobody looks better with a class III bite so its pointless.

Do you have any malocclusion, Class II, Class III, crossbite etc. ?

Usually tmj problems develop either from clenching during the night or malocclusions.

Nope, I have neither maloclusions nor a crossbite, my left jaw just not so often has hard time unhinging, and it also clicks
