How do i talk my ortho into giving me Bimax?

I am recessed and i rope if i dont get this bimax so i need all the tips if i wanna keep living. If anyone has had bimax in the past and has experience in convincing their ortho pls help.

Do i just whine about breathing problems and tmj clicking which i both actually have, but i dont know if severe enough.

I also have very asymmetrical ramus where i dont know if fixable with bimax if anyone has experience and wants to help I appreciate it


Any tips on what else i can whine about?

If he's giving you bimax the advancements will be very minimal since it's for health and not aesthetic purposes.
Better save your money and stop whining like a bitch and get a bimax that focusses on aesthetics.

i already have a doc in mind who was recommended by others in my country. He is blackpilled so i dont worry about it.
But next week i have consultation with ortho, which is the reason im asking
