What’s this on my skin? I’ve been searching it up but I get mixed answers and how can I remove it? It’s been on it for a while now

What’s this on my skin? I’ve been searching it up but I get mixed answers and how can I remove it? It’s been on it for a while now

its either fungal acne, clogged pores, or Keratosis Pilaris

1. use a gentle cleanser (no harsh skincare)
2. use product with BHA (salicylic acid) or AHA (glycolic or lactic acid) to unclog pores
3. if its fungal acne get Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo mask or anti-fungal cream
4. try completely getting off all skincare and see what happens

if none of these work go to a dermatologist
